It's south of Columbus, and 7 miles west of Lumpkin. Known as the "Little Grand Canyon of Georgia," it's certainly a beautiful place for outdoor activity. It covers 1,108 acres, includes 15 canyons, and reaches a depth of 150 feet from rim to bottom.

There are many steep trails you can climb down to the base and hike- it is a great place to take your dog to expend energy- Just remember that you're in the deep south and a snakebite kit is a handy thing to have!
