Firefighters in Barbour County have been battling a large apartment fire in the town of Clio Thursday afternoon.
The Barbour County Sheriff's Department tells us State Highway 10 in Clio is completely blocked and will be for the next several hours due to a major fire at Pinewood Apartment Complex in downtown Clio.
Motorists are urged to avoid this area of town because of the fire and the crews on the scene.
