The deadline to register to vote for the February 5 Presidential Primary Elections is coming up. Folks have until next Monday, January 7.News 3 On Your Side

Stumble It!To register to vote in Georgia, you must be a United States citizen, a legal resident of Georgia and a resident of the county in which you wish to vote.
You also must be 18 years or older by Election Day.
Also, remember you are required by Georgia law to show your photo identification. The acceptable forms are a driver's license, a valid government photo ID, a United States Passport, a United States Military ID or Tribal photo ID.
Those who do not have any form of identification can receive a free Georgia Voter ID from their county elections office.
