Stumble It!Good Housekeeping says if you buy a new TV before next February, you don’t need to worry about buying a digital converter box for it. All TVs that are now being sold are digital ready.
You can get up to two of the government’s $40 coupons for the converter boxes. But you can’t combine them to buy a single converter box. And you have to use the coupon within 90 days of the date it was mailed to you. The government has already mailed over 7 million coupons out of the 22.2 million it will give out.
