General Richard Myers gave the commencement address at the Auburn University graduation Saturday.News 3 On Your Side

Stumble It!Myers is the retired chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and a graduate of Auburn Montgomery.
The university awarded close to 2,700 degrees Saturday.
Auburn's Student Government Association passed a resolution just last November to bring nationally-known speakers for graduation. Myers was the first to speak at a graduation, since the resolution went into effect.
