Hilton Heights Burglary Suspects Plead Not Guilty

Not guilty - that's how four men pleaded Thursday after being charged with burglarizing a home in the middle of the day Tuesday.

20 year old Marcellus Sheard and 20-year-old Heratio Sistrunck are charged with burglary and obstruction of a police officer.

Police also arrested 20 year old Michal Sistrunk and 18 year old Jamar
Wimberly and charged them with burglary and obstruction.

Columbus police arrested the four men after a home burglary on Lynda Lane Tuesday morning.

They say the suspects stole jewelry and several handguns then led officers on a three-hour foot chase through the Hilton Heights neighborhood.

Thursday, a group of around 30 supporters of the suspects showed up outside recorders court.

The judge in the case found probable cause in the cases and bound them over to Superior Court.
