A Korean auto supplier moving to Columbus will soon be hiring.

We first told you two weeks ago about South Korean-based DongNam Tech opening a production facility at the Muscogee Technology Park in East Columbus.

They'll move into a spec building constructed a few years ago.

When DongNam Tech opens its production facility in Columbus, it will call itself DNT Georgia.

It will produce accessories for cars, and it plans to be in full production by the first of next year.

We took a tour of the facility this afternoon.

Brian Sillito with the Columbus Chamber of Commerce says it was built on spec to attract clients who wanted to move in, and fast.

DNT Georgia is expected to bring 350 jobs to the area.

The chamber says they expect to have 250 jobs by the end of 2009, with a maximum of 350 over the next few years.

They say hiring will begin by the end of summer, through the Georgia Department of Labor.

Stay with News 3 for the latest on this story, and how you can apply to work for DNT Georgia.
