Man Charged In Millie’s Market Shooting Appears In Recorders Court

Jose Viera, 21 of Columbus appeared in recorders court this morning after being involved in a shooting incident at Milli's Market.
Viera is charged with armed robbery, three counts of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm under commission of a crime.

Viera plead guilty to the armed robbery, and possession of a firearm charges. He plead not-guilty to the aggravated assault charges.

Viera told authorities the reasoning behind the robbery was because he needed money for his newborn child and he needed money to get his car fixed.
His bond is as followed:

$10,000- 3 counts of aggravated assault
$5,000- Possession of a firearm under commission of a crime
No Bond-Armed Robbery

Police are looking for another suspect in this robbery. Police say Berrell Myers allegedly shot Millie's employee Walter Murraro in the face.

Murraro has been released from the hospital and was told to rest for about three days before he returned to work.
