Stumble It!After the court proceeding, Bush and his family and friends were all smiles after Judge Russell Bush no relation to Ray Bush dismissed
the charges. City administrative assistant Charlotte Sierra accused Bush of inappropriate touching and sexually offensive comments. Ray Bush was
arrested in September, he tells News Three he's glad this is now behind him. "This has probably been the worst thing I've ever been through and that we've been through. But we're stronger for it, and I'm just happy its over" said Bush. News three tried to get a comment from Charlotte Sierra, but she did not
want to talk about the ruling. Lee County judge Russell Bush was brought in after judges in Russell County stepped aside because of a conflict of
interest. The Russell County District Attorney's office will not appeal the case.
