Seniors in high school have a chance to get a head start for college. News 3 On Your Side
Columbus Technical College offers a program called Dual Enrollment Academy for seniors in Muscogee and Harris counties.
Students can take courses for college credit while they are still in high school.
Tonight, parents and students are invited to come and learn all about the program.
It will take place at 6 pm EST in the Patrick Hall Auditorium on campus.
“I think students should do it, it's a good opportunity and you shouldn't miss out on it,” says Stacey Green.
Green participated in the program when she was a senior in high school.
This is part of a state wide program at colleges in the Technical College System of Georgia.
