Some of the students from the Intermediate Level Education (ILE) class at WHINSEC recently got back from a six day trip to Brazil.

The ILE group was invited by the Brazilian government to come and share ideas with the country's military officials.

While in Brazil, members from WHINSEC had the opportunity to interact with Brazilian soldiers.

“When you have students come up to you after a trip and say in my 15 years in the military, this has been the highlight of my career to be able to exchange with another country,” said ILE director, COL Jose Carbone.

This was the final ILE trip for this particular class. They will graduate from the course at the end of May.
