ATLANTA (AP) - The Atlanta Hawks just won't let go of their first trip to the playoffs in nine years.

The playoff team with the worst record did it again to the team with the best mark and forced a Game 7 with the Boston Celtics. Joe Johnson hit a crucial 3-pointer with 1:07 left and the Hawks held on for a 103-100 victory.

Hawks forward Marvin Williams led Atlanta with 18 points but left the game with a sprained left knee. He re-entered the game for defense with 20 seconds left. Mike Bibby finished with 17 points and seven assists.

Kevin Garnett led Boston with 20 points and seven rebounds. Ray Allen added 20 points.

The Hawks were just 37-and-45 during the regular season. They've beaten the Celtics three times in the space of a week to set up a deciding game Sunday in Boston. The home team has won every game so far.
