Alabama Tornado Warnings

A tornado warning has been issued for Pike, Bullock, and Barbour Counties, AL until 2:45 PM CT. Doppler radar has detected rotation within a storm cell that is indicative of producing a tornado. The cell is moving to the northeast at about 55 mph and is also capable of producing hail, damaging winds, heavy rain, and deadly lightning. more »

STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE INTO CENTRAL ALABAMA FROM THE WEST DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. THE STORMS SHOULD GET AS FAR EAST AS INTERSTATE 59 BY 4 OR 5 AM....AND ANNISTON...CLANTON... AND DEMOPOLIS BY 6 AM.
