The Russell County Emergency Management Agency will distribute free NOAA weather radios to all churches and day care centers inside Russell County. The sessions for churches will be held at Faith Outreach Church located at 1306 23rd Court in Phenix City. A representative from each church should plan to attend the session on Saturday, July 12 from 9 a.m. to Noon. Day care center representatives can stop by the Russell County Emergency Operations Center located at 311 Prentiss Drive in Phenix City on Friday, July 11 from 9 a.m. to Noon to pick up a weather radio. In order to receive a free NOAA weather radio, representatives should bring two photographs of their facililty.
