A tornado watch has been issued for Clay, Quitman, and Randolph Counties in Georgia until 11 PM EDT on Saturday. In association with the outer bands of Tropical Storm Fay, thunderstorm wind gusts to 70 mph along with dangerous lightning and hail are possible in the warned areas this evening. People in these counties should be alert for rapidly changing weather conditions and to future watches and warnings that may be issued.
