Phenix City
A Phenix City couple, with the help of their church, will be starting an outreach mission to the people of Guinea, West Africa. The husband was born in Africa and came to this country to make a better life for himself. Instead he ended up addicted to drugs, homeless and hopeless. He found hope and deliverance at a soup kitchen run by a local church in New York City. He realized that hope could be found in the Word of God. After years of fear and worry about what his family would think of him, he is now ready to take that same hope back to Africa to share it with others who are hopeless. The couple encourages others who have a burden to give hope to the hopeless to join them as they embark on this exciting journey from Alabama to Africa.
