Camp Hill man accused of stabbing girlfriend in the arm, torso and leg

OPELIKA, Ala. - Opelika police have arrested a Camp Hill man for allegedly stabbing his girlfriend.

The victim told police Tuesday, January 9, she was arguing with her boyfriend at a home along Sanford Place when her boyfriend pulled a knife and stabbed her in the arm, torso and leg.

The girlfriend was taken to East Alabama Medical Center and treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Police arrested 51-year-old Hubert Askew of Camp Hill on Domestic Violence (Assault) 2nd Degree charge.
