Man arrested in Tallapoosa County accused of electronic solicitation of a child

TALLAPOOSA COUNTY, Ala. - The Tallapoosa County Sheriff’s Department is currently conducting an investigation into the Electronic
Solicitation of a Child that was reported on February 1, 2018.

23-year-old Wilson Crumbley of Rockford, Alabama was arrested Monday, February 5 as a result of the investigation.

The investigation revealed that Crumbley was inappropriately communicating over Facebook Messenger with a 13-year-old male who resides in Tallapoosa County.

Crumbley was placed in the Tallapoosa County Jail with a bond of $50,000.

The sheriff's department continues their Investigation.
