ONE MONTH LATER: Still no answers in search for missing Columbus man

COLUMBUS, Ga (WRBL) - Monday marks a painful observance for the family of a missing Columbus man. 31-year-old TJ Nigro disappeared one month ago today.

Nigro's family says his last known location is Heard County -- just north of LaGrange.

They say someone dropped him off here at the edge of the west point wildlife management area. The family says the intersection of Bevis and GBI Roads is the last place Nigro was reportedly seen. Nigro's family says the friend who dropped him off said Nigro was planning to camp in the area, but Nigro never returned from the trip. His whereabouts remain a mystery.

His father tells News 3 he remains hopeful his son is alive. TJ Nigro stands five feet six inches tall, weighs 160 pounds with brown hair and eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call the Columbus Police Department, Special Victims Unit (706) 653-3449.
