Sarah Panko

Sarah Panko currently anchors and produces News Three First Edition at 5pm. She also provides the latest consumer news on News Three Nightwatch at 11pm.

Sarah joined the WRBL news team in 2009 as a digital journalist after graduating from Marquette University with a double major in Broadcasting Communications and Advertising with a minor in Marketing. 

Sarah's no stranger to the South- she lived in Florida for 10 years before moving back to Chicago.

While in school, Sarah worked as an assignment desk editor for WISN-TV in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  

During her time there, she was selected to attend the Republican National Convention as a correspondent for WISN.com. Sarah also contributed stories to the Emmy Award-winning program, "Student Commitment."

Sarah also interned at WITI FOX6 Now in Milwaukee when she was selected to submit a political story featured on USAToday.com.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys running, spending time with her dog Molly and meeting new people in the community. She is also an active member of the Asian American Journalists Association.
