High clouds roll in - WRBL

High clouds roll in

Posted: Updated:

Another cold start to the day will lead to highs in the lower 60s. High clouds will traverse the area, leading to a milky white sky at times. Winds slowly calm down this afternoon, so it won't be as blustery as yesterday.

The high pressure responsible for the colder temperatures will move overhead, allowing temperatures to slowly climb the next few days.  Temperatures climb into the low 70s by Sunday.

Monday sees another cold front enter the Deep South. This will draw a line of showers and thunderstorms through our area late in the afternoon. A slight cool down will be felt after the front passes, but nothing like the cold we experienced yesterday.

THURSDAY:  Mostly sunny. Winds will be from the west at 10-15 mph. High: 62

Thursday Night: Mostly clear. Lows near 38.

FRIDAY:  Sunny. High: 66

Friday Night: Mostly clear and cool. Lows near 42

SATURDAY:  Mostly sunny and warm. High: 69

Saturday Night: Mostly clear. Lows near 46

SUNDAY:  Clouds increase throughout the day. High: 71

Sunday Night: Mostly cloudy. Lows near 50

MONDAY: Becoming mostly cloudy. Rain and a few thunderstorms possible in the afternoon. High: 70

Monday night: Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain in the overnight hours. Low: 48

TUESDAY:  Becoming mostly sunny and breezy. High: 65

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear. Lows dip to 41.
