High pressure is set to take control of our weather through the weekend. Temperatures will creep into the low 70s Sunday as the high settles over the top of us. Winds remain calm today, tomorrow, and Sunday. A few clouds enter the picture Saturday but won't produce any rain.
A low in California will trudge across the country and bring us a cold front, and chance of rain, Monday afternoon/evening. There could be a few thunderstorms embedded within the line of storms, but severe chances are low at this time.
Temperatures don't drop all that much after the front passes. We'll drop from the low 70s Sunday & Monday down into the mid 60s Tuesday. We're right back into the low 70s by week's end.
