A warmer pattern and a bit unsettled

Posted: Updated:

An interesting set-up with conflicting model data, putting our most trusted and experienced weather team to work!

First thing we can expect is average readings to above average readings by Easter Sunday; and with this we are forecasting highs slightly above model guidance.

Rain chances each day have a few contradictions in timing, so as you can see by your day forecast listed we will see more substantial coverage arriving Sunday afternoon, with a weak system sliding through first on your Saturday.

There's good news we are not looking for any severe weather, with these spring storms.

So far to date we are averaging a cooler month than January, but with these warmer readings showing up, we should adjust back to average for this time of year.

Friday: Sunny early, cloudy by evening. The high will reach 72. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph in the afternoon.

Friday Night: Cloudy, with a few light showers through the overnight. The low will drop around 49. South wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Saturday: A few showers, early in the morning. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 71. Light southwest wind becoming west 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 54. A few light showers in the overnight. Southwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Sunday: A few light showers early, then scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 76.

Sunday Night: Showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 58.

Monday: A few showers and thunderstorms early, then in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 77.

Monday Night: Scattered showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 52.

Tuesday: A chance of showers early. Mostly sunny by the afternoon, with a high near 68.

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 44.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 70.

Wednesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 50.

Thursday: Showers and a few storms early. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 71.
