More of the same

Posted: Updated:

Another day of mid 80s is expected across the South. We'll stay mostly sunny throughout the day before a few clouds bubble up later this afternoon.

A cold front will arrive late tomorrow evening. There will be a squall line out ahead of the cold front, which could bring strong to severe thunderstorms our way between 4P to 12A tomorrow afternoon/evening. Damaging wind and hail are the primary concerns, but an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out at this time. Most of the rain will clear the area by the time we head to work Friday morning.

Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon look beautiful with near average temperatures and plenty of sunshine. Another weak system will provide us with a chance of rain come Sunday evening through Monday. Nothing severe is expected with this system at this time.

WEDNESDAY: Partly to mostly cloudy. Highs near 85.

Wednesday Night: Becoming mostly cloudy. Lows near 63.

THURSDAY:  Showers & thunderstorms in the afternoon. High: 81

Thursday Night: Few strong storms possible. Lows near 59.

FRIDAY:  Morning showers/storms possible, clearing late. High: 74

Friday Night: Mostly clear. Lows near 50

SATURDAY:  Mostly sunny. High: 78

Saturday Night: Mostly clear. Lows near 53

SUNDAY:  Few clouds and warm. High: 81

Sunday Night: Mostly cloudy with a chance for rain. Lows near 60

MONDAY: Chance of rain. High: 81

Monday night: Slight chance of rain. Low: 63

TUESDAY:  Partly cloudy. High: 82

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear. Lows near 64.
