Looking good going into the weekend

Posted: Updated:

The air behind Thursday night's cool front is stable and dry. Although many places didn't even see a drop with Thursday's storm system, our opportunities for rain will increase for the second half of the weekend, when a front drapes across the region and stalls out. This stalled out front will guide storm systems from west to east increasing our chances for measurable rainfall through Monday of next week. Another cold front, with more energy is expected to arrive late next week bringing another shot of showers and storms.
