Drug agents say they raided a meth lab in a Greeneville motel Thursday.

Acting on a tip, the Third Judicial District Drug Task Force went to the Days Inn Motel on East Andrew Johnson Highway where they found "several components of a methamphetamine lab along with a small amount of methamphetamine inside room # 209,"  said Timothy P. Davis, drug task force member, in a news released issued Thursday night.

Officers arrested four people:

  • Albert Boyd Manis age 41 of Knoxville, TN
  • Jena Ann Wilson age 24 of Lenoir City, TN
  • Stacy Yvett Jett age 44 of Knoxville, TN
  • Ronnie Gene Murphy age 41 of Knoxville, TN

"All four suspects were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and are scheduled to appear in Greene County Sessions Court on May 3, 2013 at 8:30am," Davis said.

The Greeneville Police Department and the Greene County Sheriff's Department conducted the raid with backup from Greeneville/Greene County Haz-Mat Team and the Greeneville/Greene County E.M.S

Bond was set at $50,000.00 on all suspects.
