Still Raw, Blustery, and Wet

Posted: Updated:
COLUMBUS, Ga. -

For the remainder of the weekend into Monday, we'll be dealing with a cutoff upper low that will spin as it moves slowly across Alabama and Georgia.  That will serve to bring several waves of showers to the area, though amounts won't be as heavy as what we saw on Saturday.

Showers will be more scattered on Sunday and mainly seen in the afternoon and evening. More scattered activity is possible Monday as we will be almost right underneath the upper low, and a thunderstorm or two is also possible late Monday

Tuesday, the upper low finally heads out, and a major warm-up is expected starting the middle of the week.
