TAMPA, FL (WFLA) -

Tampa Police say a financial advisor took advantage of an 85-year-old woman with dementia. Bryant Gattos is charged with exploitation of the elderly. According to detectives, the 45-year-old became Agnes Raymond's power of attorney in 2011.

A few months later he transferred $170,000 of her funds into his accounts. Police say he used the money to buy a Harley Davidson motorcycle and Mercedes Benz. Authorities arrested Gattos at his home in Pasco County on Friday and obtained a warrant to seize the luxury car. Besides his arrest Gattos was fired from his job as an annuity salesman.
