A Columbus mom is taking her fundraising to new heights and extremes.

Ali Riddle is hoping to ride the Mind Bender roller coaster at Six Flags Over Georgia all day long Friday to raise money for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. By Noon, she had already ridden the coaster over 20 times and is looking to stay strapped in to her front row seat through the afternoon. Organizers will be running the ride for nine hours and rewarding donors who stay onboard.

Riddle's son Judah was born with a cleft lip and palate. His condition has since been surgically corrected but the experience has motivated Riddle to raise money to help other children.

By Noon Friday, she had reached her $1,700 fundraising goal. Those still looking to contribute can donate to Ali's efforts here.

2:30p et Update: Ali just updated the WRBL.com Web desk. She has completed 65 rides. She's still onboard and continuing to ride. Riders can leave at any time.

4:30p et Update: Ali has just completed ride number 85 and still holding on for more.
