Bikers from across the country left the Fountain City Monday night. For a ride across the southeast to raise awareness of the water and HIV-AIDS crises in sub-Saharan Africa.
The bikers will travel 550 miles to 13 cities.
Wrapping up in South Carolina, the group will sleep at churches and attend events throughout its journey to speak at the Blood:Water Mission.
Blood:Water Mission was founded in 2004 by multi-platinum Grammy award winning band, Jars of Clay.
The mission has funded clean water projects in more than 1,300 African communities and started 3 HIV-AIDS clinics.
