COLUMBUS, GA -

Saturday Night, the 2013 Miss Georgia will be crowned. The contest starts at 7:30pm.

The contestants had a unique competition earlier Saturday in the form of a "Quack Race." Each contestant sold ducks for $5.00 each. There were four different heats and the winner of the race walked home a lot richer.

"The lone winner after a drawing for those ducks will win $2,500," says Oz Roberts the Vice President of the Board of Trustees at the Miss Georgia Pageant.

The contestants also got a chance to win some scholarship money. Roberts says the contestant who sold the winning duck received a $1,000 scholarship, and the contestant who sold the most ducks also got $1,000.

The pageant winner will have the chance to compete at the Miss America pageant in January.
