PANAMA CITY, FL. -

A frightening accident on the water was caught on camera just as a storm slammed Panama City beach yesterday.

Witnesses said two teenage girls were rushed to the hospital after their parasail slammed into a balcony. Officials said it broke away from the boat pulling it.

They later landed in a nearby parking lot.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and U.S. Coast Guard are investigating the accident.

Witnesses said the girls hit a beach-view balcony on the 13th floor of the building.

"We were yelling please miss the building 'cause I knew if they slammed into it, at the speed they were going, it would probably be traumatic," said Doug Mador, witness.

After hitting the building, the girls then flew into power lines, before crashing into a group of cars in the parking lot.

Both girls were on vacation from Indiana and are now listed in critical condition.
