The quickest way to lose weight may be to drink at least a quart of water a day.
Researchers from Virginia Tech university found that adults who drank two cups of water before each meal lost around 4 pounds more than a group that didn't drink the extra water. They say one reason is that filling your belly with water can kill hunger pains.
