Opelika police arrest four for meth production

OPELIKA, Ala. -

Opelika police have announced the arrest of four for the manufacturing of meth and other drug related charges.

Around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, police executed a search warrant at 1306 West Point Parkway and arrested Alyssa Jessica Johnson, 23 of Auburn; Brittany Nichole Parker, 24 of West Point; Dennis Wayne Caldwell, 48, of Opelika; and Patrick Lavon Sims, 21 of Valley. All four are charged with Manufacture of a Controlled Substance First Degree and Drug Trafficking.

During the search, authorities recovered several syringes, a digital scale and other items used in the production of Methamphetamines.

The four were taken to the Lee County Detention Center.
