Shooting victim found in wrecked car in Raleigh

RALEIGH, N.C. -

Raleigh police say the body of a shooting victim was found inside a crashed car at Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Poole Road.

According to police, "multiple suspects" were said to have run from the vehicle after the crash.

Police say the death may be related to a report of shots fired near a Cookout restaurant in the 1200 block of New Bern Avenue earlier in the morning.
