FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

Fayetteville Police have issued a fourth warrant in connection with the Sept. 1 kidnapping and murder of Errol Williams.

Kourtney Terrell Reed, 20, is charged with two counts of first degree kidnapping, and one count each of first degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Police say Reed should be considered armed and dangerous.

Reed was named in connection with the kidnapping and murder of Williams on Sunday. Police say four Fayetteville men are accused of kidnapping Williams from the parking lot of a convenience store at Bragg Boulevard and Shaw Road around 4:45 a.m.

Police say the suspects forced Williams to drive about a mile away where they shot and killed him.

One suspect, 31-year-old Eric Lamont Phillips, was arrested at his home Tuesday on charges of drug possession and possession of a firearm by a felon in connection with the crime.

Police are still seeking Reed, as well as 26-year-old Anthony Solomon Porter and 31-year-old Kelly Eugene Elliot.

Eilliot is believed to be the triggerman in the crime. He is charged with first degree murder, two counts of first degree kidnapping, and robbery with a dangerous weapon. He is also believed to be the man seen in surveillance video at the crime scene.

Porter is charged with two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon in a warrant issued in Raleigh. Porter is also charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury in connection with a separate shooting that occurred on Aug. 18 along the 1800 block of Conover Drive.

Detectives also identified Joseph DeShawn Haskins, 21, as a person of interest in the investigation. Haskins does not have any active warrants and is only wanted for questioning.

Fayetteville Police Chief Harold Medlock said police are investigating the possibility that the men were involved in an incident early Friday where a man was shot to death outside Chief's 25 Plus nightclub on Rowan Street. In that case, police say a shootout erupted when victims of an attempted armed robbery pulled out their own guns and opened fire.

Derrick Morrisey, 37, of Raeford, who was walking a woman to her car, was hit and killed by a stray bullet, according to police.

Medlock said the men should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Anthony Solomon Porter are asked to call the Fayetteville Police Department at (910) 433-1690 or Crimestoppers at (910) 483-TIPS.
