Getting a bit breezy

Northeasterly breezes at 10-20 mph are going to be the big story this afternoon. Highs manage the mid-upper 80s with a stray shower possible for our southern communities. Quiet conditions take a firm grip to close out the week, but our weather looks to turn soggy this weekend as a front approaches from the northwest.       

TUESDAY:  Stray shower possible. High: 89

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear. Lows near 67.

WEDNESDAY: Stray shower possible. Highs near 84.

Wednesday Night: Mostly clear. Lows near 65.

THURSDAY:  Stray shower possible. Highs near 86.

Thursday Night: Partly cloudy. Lows dip near 66.

FRIDAY:  Isolated showers and storms later in the day. High: 88.

Friday Night: Mostly clear. Lows near 67

SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy with showers possible most of the afternoon. Highs near 84.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear. Lows near 65.

SUNDAY:  Best chance of rain will be in the morning then cooler and breezy. High: 83

Sunday Night: Partly cloudy. Lows near 63

MONDAY: Partly cloudy. Highs climb to near 84

Monday night: Mostly clear. Low: 67

    An Amber Alert has been canceled after 2-year old Maliah Harris was found safe in Georgia. Her 7-month-old sibling, Alyssa, was found dead and Maliah disappeared from a Mississippi home which prompted authorities to issue the alert. The girls parents, Donald Boyd Harris,34, and Allison Studdard, 31, are now in custody.
