Warming up ahead of a cool front - WRBL

Warming up ahead of a cool front

Posted: Updated:

Things will warm up a bit more the next couple of days as our cool air mass is replaced by a tropical one. This will lead to increased humidity levels and warmer overnight lows. The tropical air mass will be scoured out by a cold front set to crawl through the South this weekend. Models are in disagreement with how fast it moves out, but, regardless, we are forecasting decent rain chances with its passage. There won't be a lot of cold air behind the front, though, as temperatures return close to average.
