More opportunities of rain in the forecast

Low pressure is lifting ahead of a cool front across the western Gulf of Mexico. This low pressure system will continue to bring us clouds and occasional light rain and drizzle during the day Tuesday.

This system is being directed by the stalled out storm system to our south from Saturday's storm.

Another system to our west is going to interact with this area of low pressure, increase our coverage for widespread showers and storms throughout the day on Wednesday, and slowly exit late Thursday.

A warmer and pleasant weekend will set-up behind this system.

TUESDAY:  Increasing clouds, occasional light rain or a few showers.  High: 81

TUESDAY NIGHT: Rain likely. Low: 68

WEDNESDAY: Cloudy with rain continuing.  High: 80

THURSDAY: Partly cloudy, with a few light showers.  Low: 69  High: 81

FRIDAY: Mostly sunny.  Low: 65  High: 85

SATURDAY: Mostly sunny.  Low: 63  High: 85

SUNDAY: Mostly sunny.  Low: 62  High: 87

    A free resource center that helps disabled people across the Valley is celebrating the opening of a new building Saturday. Organizers hope the new location will bring in more clients.
