Amber Alert canceled for Fort Myers girl

FORT MYERS, FL (WFLA) - Florida Department of Law Enforcement canceled the Amber Alert issued for the 7-year-old Fort Myers girl. The cancellation message came early Wednesday morning, about six hours after the alert was issued.

According to FDLE, Crystal Riemer, a special needs child, was last seen with Christine Riemer, 46, traveling north on Interstate 75 in Sarasota County in a rental truck.

In the cancellation message authorities stated the case had been resolved without specifying any details.
