5 transported after Beaufort County accident

AURORA, NC - A bad car accident sent five people to the hospital in Beaufort County, including two children.

It happened around 7:30 Thursday morning near Aurora, at the intersection of Highway 33 and Big Hill Road.

Troopers say a Chevy Tahoe t-boned a Chrysler Sedan.
    
Some of the passengers were trapped.
    
Troopers say the sedan was trying to make a left turn into a driveway, but didn't yield to oncoming traffic.
    
Troopers say they'll charge the driver of the sedan with failure to yield right of way.
    
No word yet on the extent of anyone's injuries.
