A Lee County judge has set the tentative court date for a man accused of killing three during an Auburn party in June 2012. The trial of Desmonte Leonard is expected to being April 14, 2014, CBS affiliate WAKA in Montgomery reports.

Leonard is accused of shooting three people to death and injuring three others at an apartment complex in June 2012. He had originally requested the trial start this fall but prosecutors are likely waiting until the spring in order to handle other cases still open.

Leonard has plead not guilty in the case. He is facing six charges, including capital murder, attempted murder and assault.
