Heaters getting a workout tonight

Posted: Updated:

COLD! That's the best word to describe tonight. Freeze Warnings and Frost Advisories are in effect for most everyone as temperatures tumble into the mid-upper 30s. A few spots will flirt with freezing. Ample sunshine and calm winds allow us to top out in the low-mid 60s Saturday afternoon. The high responsible for our cold snap will mosey east and warm us into the mid 70s Sunday and beyond. Some could flirt with 80° by Halloween.

Friday Night: Clear and cold. Frost is possible for a lot of us. Lows near 37.

SATURDAY: Sunny. Highs near 66.

Saturday Night: Clear. Lows near 43.

SUNDAY:  Few clouds. High: 73

Sunday Night: Partly cloudy. Lows near 50

MONDAY: Increasing clouds. Highs climb to near 76

Monday night: Partly to mostly cloudy. Low: 51

TUESDAY:  Partly to mostly cloudy. High: 78

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear. Lows near 55.

WEDNESDAY: Partly to mostly cloudy. Highs near 78.

Wednesday Night: Mostly clear and cool. Lows near 58.

Halloween:  Mostly cloudy. Highs near 79.

Halloween Night: Mostly cloudy with a shower or two possible. Lows dip near 62.

FRIDAY:  Mostly cloudy. A few showers possible as another cold front slides by. High: 71.
