A Durham man turned his backyard into a haunted tunnel all for charity.
For the fourth year, Erik Raudsep set up a 425-foot long tunnel circling his yard on 17 Fielding Court.
Raudsep said more than 200 kids make their way through the tunnel that benefits the Animal Protection Society of Durham. He asks for a $5 donation for a trip in the tunnel.
"The best compliment is if someone comes running out with a
white face because then we're doing a great job and making sure that
donation box gets filled for Durham APS as well," Raudsep said.
He adopted his dog through the APS of Durham a few years ago.
The tunnel is open until midnight on Halloween.
