The Triangle cheers on The Voice's Kat Robichaud

RALEIGH, N.C. -

At the OC Bar and Grill in Raleigh, more than 50 people packed the house to cheer on Raleigh's very own Kat Robichaud during her live performance during Tuesday night's episode of "The Voice".

Robichaud sang a different rendition of the song, "She Keeps Me Warm," that received mixed reviews from the judges, but her fans back home liked that she took a risk.

Guillaume Robichaud is Kat's husband of three years and said, "She still has a lot of fire in her. But that was just a different side of her I'm very excited about."

Kat Robichaud beat out tens of thousands of contestants, to make it to the top 20. The elimination round will be taking place on Thursday.

You can still vote for Kat until 11 a.m. EST.
