Auburn hosts 7th Annual Holiday Arts Sale

AUBURN, Ala. -

Auburn Parks and Recreation and the Auburn Arts Association will host the 7th Annual Holiday Art Sale on Saturday, Dec. 14 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Jan Dempsey Community Arts Center and the Harris Center.

Shoppers can purchase creative, handmade works by 65 local and regional artists. Admission is free to the public. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Auburn Arts Association's programming at the Arts Center.

This year you can get an early look at the artwork available for purchase the day of the sale at the Holiday Art Sale preview exhibition, on display now through Saturday, Dec. 14 at the Arts Center. The exhibit features an assortment of works including paintings, textiles, pottery, mixed-media, photography, and jewelry. Citizens are invited to view the exhibit weekdays from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
