FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

Fayetteville Police have identified a second suspect wanted in connection with the Nov. 1 murder of two people at a nightclub on Bragg Boulevard.

Shameil Donyel Smith, 24, is charged with two counts each of first degree murder and discharging a weapon into occupied property, and four counts of attempted first degree murder.

Police say 26-year-old Cornelius Tobias Jackson and 24-year-old Melissa Yamile Neal were shot and killed Nov. 1 outside Mickey's Bar and Grill located in Carolina Square at 5121 Bragg Blvd.

Jacoy Nathan Mahorn, 29, was previously identified as a suspect in the murders. Mahorn was arrested last week and charged with two counts each of first-degree murder and discharging a weapon into occupied property, and four counts of attempted first-degree murder.

Police say an altercation took place in the parking lot of Mickey's Bar and Grill between Mahorn and the victims that resulted in an exchange of gunfire. Two others received minor injuries.

Fayetteville Police say Smith is known to frequent the Bonnie Doone and Loch Lomond subdivisions. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Smith is asked to call detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department at (910) 433-1856 or Crimestoppers at (910) 483-TIPS (8477).
