WAKE FOREST, N.C. -

Wake Forest police located a missing 16-year-old girl, just hours after she went missing.

LaDaeshia Fogg was last seen at the Kohl's at 12620 Capital Blvd., today just before noon, police said.

Authorities reported finding Fogg shortly after 4 p.m.

She was last seen wearing black jeans, a black and pink North Face jacket and lime green shoes, according to police.

Officials said Fogg is being treated for two non life-threatening medical conditions.

Anyone with information on LaDaeshia Fogg's whereabouts should call the Wake Forest Police Department at 919-554-6150.
