None injured in Morrisville Christmas Day fire

MORRISVILLE, N.C. -

Morrisville fire fighters responded to a fire at the Treybrooke at the Park complex Wednesday.

A total of two units were affected by the fire that started outside of the building on Rambling Hills Drive, authorities said.

The main unit that was impacted housed three adults and two children. All were inside at the time of the fire but did not sustain injuries, authorities said. 

The second unit damaged housed three people. Authorities said no one in that unit was injured.

The Morrisville fire chief said the cause of the fire is under investigation.

Units from Apex, Cary, and Morrisville Fire Departments assisted with the incident.
