Two arrested after deadly Courtesy Shuttle shooting in Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ga. -

Two have been arrested after a deadly shooting at the Courtesy Shuttle in Columbus on New Year's Eve, Columbus police announced Sunday night.

Xavius Donnel Table and Deaisa Latoya Ransom have been arrested and charged with burglary and murder in the shooting that left their accomplice Achievia Upshaw dead. Police say Upshaw was shot and killed by Kenneth Hayes, the owner of the Courtesy Shuttle. The business owner is not facing charges.

Ransom was also shot and taken to the Medical Center. She was released Sunday and her and Table will appear in Recorder's Court Monday morning at 9a et.

Authorities with the Chambers County Sheriff's Office say Johnny Bolt, of Five Points, walked into the sheriff's office this week and confessed to sexually abusing a family member under the age of 12. They say he was arrested Thursday and made bond that same day.
